The sixth edition of the Brussels edition of Dinner in the Sky will be held from 8 to 18 June this year and has an incredible line-up of chefs from star-studded restaurants across Belgium.
This is the first time that so many chefs will gather in Belgium’s capital to celebrate conviviality and Belgian gastronomy. The chefs behind the stoves of Dinner in the Sky for this edition are:

Yves Mattagne believes that what makes Dinner in the Sky special is the unique proximity to the chef.
David Martin, chef of La Paix said that “at 50 metres from the ground, Magritte would surely have said: Ceci n’est pas qu’une table!. Dinner in the Sky puts Brussels on the international gastronomic map. It is a unique concept that allows you to be very close to the chef. I look forward to sharing beautiful moments with the guests. It is a magical and surrealist moment where gastronomy and sensations intermingle,” he said.
Pierre Résimont promised a crazy atmosphere whole Pascal Devalkeneer said that its a moment of sharing all together. “It’s a gourmet journey that creates a privileged and one of a kind moment in time and space.”
Isabelle Arpin said Dinner in the Sky was the best place to discover her universe. “It is a unique experience that resembles me. It has this quirky side that goes really well with my way of cooking,” she said.
Filip Claeys describes the event as totally different to his daily work in the kitchen. “Here we are close to the dinner guests and we work in direct contact with them,” he said.
When it comes to surrealistic gastronomical concepts, Dinner in the Sky leads the way. In 10 years’, Dinner in the Sky has acquired international awareness, and it has built a solid reputation among the international foodie community.
Launched on 24 April 2006 in Brussels, Dinner in the Sky is present in about sixty countries, recently adding Malaysia, Malta and Bahrain to the list. Thousands of events have been organised, in the sky near iconic places such as the Las Vegas strip, the Sydney Bay, the Champs de Mars, the Monaco Marina, the holy city of Teotihuacan, the Marrakech medina, the Francorchamps F1 circuit … Dinner in the Sky has welcomed the planet’s greatest chefs, including Michel Troisgros, Paco Roncero, Joël Robuchon, Heston Blumenthal, Pierre Gagnaire,… and most recently Massimo Bottura.
Since 2012, the year of Brusselicious, Dinner in the Sky has wanted to share its success with the city where it all began, in partnership with VisitBrussels and the City of Brussels. The idea is to put forward the awarded Belgian gastronomy in the most surrealistic way possible.
Dinner in the Sky will take place from 8 to 18 June, in front of the Cinquantenaire arcades. Each day, 2 chefs will prepare and serve a five-course gastronomic menu to 44 guests, during one lunch and two dinners.
